As a Management Trainee – HR, you won’t spend a year observing from the sidelines—you’ll actively contribute to talent acquisition, employee development, HR operations, and initiatives that shape our workplace culture.
MTP-HR is a 12-month program, designed to transform fresh graduates into confident Human Resources professionals through hands-on experience, structured learning, and real-world HR responsibilities.
During the program, you will receive hands-on exposure to the complete employee lifecycle, from talent acquisition to employee development and engagement.
You will learn how to:
Manage recruitment activities, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, and selection.
Coordinate campus recruitment drives and talent acquisition initiatives.
Manage employee onboarding, induction, and exit processes.
Plan and coordinate employee training and development programs.
Support competency assessments, performance appraisals, and career development initiatives.
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee welfare initiatives.
Organize employee engagement activities and workplace culture initiatives.
Understand employee relations, grievance handling, and HR compliance.
Work with HRMS platforms for employee records, attendance, leave, and HR operations.
Collaborate with functional leaders to understand workforce requirements and support people development.
Learn directly from experienced entrepreneurs and business leaders.
Work on real HR projects and employee development initiatives.
Receive structured mentoring and continuous feedback.
Gain hands-on experience across recruitment, learning and development, performance management, and HR operations.
Collaborate with different functional teams and understand how people contribute to business success.

Requirements
Who Can Apply?
- Full-time graduates from non-engineering backgrounds with a Bachelors or Master's in Human Resources or related field.
Consistent academic record with a CGPA above 7.0 without any history of arrears.
Fresh graduates passionate about building a long-term career in Human Resources.
Strong communication, interpersonal, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Interest in talent acquisition, employee engagement, people management, and HR operations.
Self-motivated, eager to learn, and willing to take ownership of responsibilities.
Willingness to travel across India and internationally, as required.

Compensation Structure:
Bachelor's Degree Holders
First 3 months: ₹25,000 fixed + ₹5,000 performance incentives per month
After 3 months: ₹30,000 fixed + ₹10,000 performance incentives per month
Master's Degree Holders
First 3 months: ₹30,000 fixed + ₹10,000 performance incentives per month
After 3 months: ₹40,000 fixed + ₹10,000 performance incentives per month
Insurance coverage
Group Medical Cover (GMC): ₹ 5 lakh
Group Personal Accident Cover (GPA): ₹ 10 lakh
