To support our continued growth, we are looking for experienced consultants to join our Business & Operations Design team in Stockholm.
We are looking for consultants across different levels of seniority – from professionals with a few years of relevant experience to more senior consultants. You may have built your experience in management consulting or through a combination of consulting and an in-house role. What matters most is that you bring relevant experience, curiosity and a motivation to create impact together with our clients.
Your Role – Creating Impact Through Transformation
As part of our Business & Operations Design team, you will work closely with clients and colleagues to solve complex business challenges and help organisations improve how they operate and perform.
In Stockholm, we work across a broad range of industries, including Financial Services, Retail and Consumer Goods, Transportation and Logistics, and Industrial Goods, among others.
Depending on your experience and interests, you may contribute to and take responsibility for projects such as:
- Designing and implementing operating models
- Driving organisational transformations and new ways of working
- Optimising business processes and ways of working
- Establishing performance management frameworks
- Exploring and realising the business value of digitalisation and emerging technologies
- Supporting post-merger integrations and carve-outs
- Designing and facilitating workshops with client stakeholders
- Translating strategic ambitions into tangible and sustainable operational improvements
Your role and level of responsibility will reflect your experience. Alongside client work, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the continued development of our Business & Operations Design practice in Stockholm and help shape our capabilities, client relationships and team.
What You Bring

You:
- Have a few years or more of relevant professional experience, preferably from management consulting or a combination of consulting and an in-house role
- Hold a relevant master’s degree
- Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills and enjoy working with complex business challenges
- Communicate clearly and confidently with colleagues and client stakeholders
- Bring a structured, proactive and collaborative approach to your work
- Are comfortable taking responsibility and driving your work forward
- Thrive in a project-based environment with a high degree of collaboration and trust
- Are fluent in Swedish and English
