- Duty Manager
Whether you're an experienced Duty Manager ready to step into an Assistant Venue Manager role, or you're looking to further develop your leadership career, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Be Doing- Leading from the front to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Supporting the day-to-day operations of the venue across food, beverage and gaming.
- Coaching, mentoring and developing team members.
- Driving a positive team culture and maintaining high service standards.
- Ensuring presentation, compliance and operational standards are consistently met.
- Assisting with rostering, labour management and stock control.
- Working closely with the Venue Manager to achieve operational and financial goals.
- Previous leadership experience within hospitality.
- A hands-on leader who enjoys being on the floor with the team.
- Strong communication and people leadership skills.
- A passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience across food, beverage and gaming is highly regarded.
- Current RSA & RSG certificates (RMLV desirable or willingness to obtain).
- Competitive salary package ranging from $79,550 to $85,000, depending on the role and experience, plus up to $5,000 in annual KPI bonuses for Assistant Venue Manager.
