Looking for your next career move, within Executive Support?
Do you enjoy creating structure, building strong relationships, and helping senior stakeholders stay organised, prepared and focused? Would you like to be part of a highly engaged team where trust and professionalism go hand in hand? At STARK Group, we are currently looking for a Management Assistant to join our Executive Support & Office Management team at the Headquarter.
In this role, you will support selected members of Senior Group Management with high-quality executive support, while coordinating across functions and ensuring that key activities, meetings and priorities are well prepared and followed through. At the same time, you will become part of a close-knit team that shares responsibilities, helps each other succeed, continuously improves ways of working and provides daily assistance for the business.
What to look forward to
As our new Management Assistant, you will play an important role in keeping everyday priorities on track for senior stakeholders. You will bring clarity to priorities, coordinate activities, prepare meetings and follow through on tasks and processes.
The role combines classic executive support with broader coordination responsibilities and close collaboration across the organisation. This means you will have a varied workday with both operational and planning-oriented tasks, while working closely with colleagues across Group functions.
You will also be part of a team that values shared responsibility, proactiveness and a customer-first mindset. We take pride in delivering reliable support with a positive and service-minded approach.
Your key responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day assistance to assigned stakeholders, including calendar management, meeting coordination, travel planning and general administration
- Ensure that meetings and activities are well planned and executed, including preparation, coordination of materials, logistics and follow-up
- Support recurring leadership meetings, governance processes and selected executive forums
- Coordinate selected cross-functional activities/events and strengthen collaboration and information flow across Group functions
- Contribute to smaller projects and initiatives where strong coordination and follow-up are needed. Here we expect you to take independent ownership from start to finish, and not to drop the ball before completion.
- Support a flexible and well-aligned Executive Support setup by contributing to shared standards, collaboration across the team and back-up support when relevant
What we are looking for
We imagine that you bring experience from a similar role within executive support, management assistance, coordination or administration, and that you are motivated by enabling others to stay organised, prepared and well supported.
To succeed in the role, we believe that you:
- Are confident in planning, prioritising and keeping tasks on track
- Are comfortable working with senior stakeholders and across multiple functions
- Take ownership, show good judgement and handle confidential information with discretion
- Have strong communication skills and can interact confidently with stakeholders at all levels
- Can work independently, anticipate needs and take initiative when needed
- Have high attention to detail and take pride in delivering accurate, high-quality work
- Enjoy working closely with others and naturally contribute to a collaborative and friendly team culture
- Have a service-minded and professional approach, while also being adaptable when priorities change
In addition, we expect that you:
- Have a strong command of Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and PowerPoint
- Have an interest in digital tools and new technologies – including AI – and are curious to explore how they can support your work (we use Microsoft Copilot)
- Are fluent in Danish and English. German is a big advantage
Why join us?
You will join a highly engaged team, working closely together to support Group Management and the organisation. You will work from our welcoming and modern office environment in Frederiksberg, where we value a professional atmosphere and a positive everyday experience.
Our culture is one of our greatest strengths. We are characterised by trust, openness, a strong willingness to help each other, and a good balance between professionalism and a relaxed, human tone. We care about building strong relationships across the organisation and helping the business stay connected, prepared and well-coordinated.
You will receive a thorough onboarding and become part of a skilled and supportive team that values collaboration and an open-minded environment.
