As a Management Assistant, you will support different managers and be responsible for numerous administrative tasks within the Procurement department. You will work at our Head Quarters in Zwijndrecht, Belgium.Your responsibilities
- You manage the agenda of the head of the department as well as of other managers;
- You take of general management assistant tasks such as being the first contact for incoming calls and mail management;
- You prepare presentations and organize both internal & external meetings;
- You arrange bookings of flights and hotels, travel plans;
- You keep different databases and lists up to date (e.g. Sharepoint);
- You will welcome new colleagues in the team and prepare their onboarding;
- You place and follow up of different type of orders;
- You take care of ad hoc administrative tasks.
Your profile
- You hold a BSc degree in Office management or a relevant discipline and/or you built up relevant experience;
- You speak English and Dutch fluently. The knowledge of other languages is an asset;
- You are well structured, organized and accurate;
- Day-to-day flexibility needs is seen as a challenge and you are resistant to stress;
- You master MS Office applications very well;
- You are a sociable and client-oriented person with strong communication skills.
