The Management Accountant, internally referred as the Finance Enterprise Partner (FEP), plays a vital role in collaborating with business functions and supporting strategic planning. Leveraging financial analysis, you will drive informed decision-making, challenge business operations to promote continuous improvement, and ensure compliance with internal and external audits.

What you will be working on:
As a Management Accountant (Finance Enterprise Partner) for Roche Diagnostics Australia (RDA), your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

Business Collaboration: Work closely with business areas for business modeling and profitability review and approval.

Budgeting Coordination: Support various strategic business planning events to align with financial goals and objectives.

Reporting Excellence: Assist in the preparation of monthly management reports. Continuously enhance reporting processes to improve quality and effectiveness.

Financial Analysis: Collaborate with business areas to support decision-making through detailed financial analysis, actively challenging operations to promote continuous improvement.

Contract and Pricing Management: Maintain sales contracts and pricing structures in SAP and related internal systems, overseeing contract price changes and annual reviews.

Audit Support: Support internal and external audit processes, ensuring transparency and accuracy.

Distributorship Claims: Prepare and submit claims including stock write-offs and credit accounting under the distributorship agreement.

Compliance: Ensure adherence to all Roche processes, the Code of Conduct, and Industry Codes of Practice
Who you are:
You are a qualified Accounting professional with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You are customer centric and result driven with a flexible and proactive mindset.
You have:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CA, CPA qualifications, or membership in a professional accounting body is a plus.

At least 5 years of experience in financial accounting and/or management accounting or equivalent.

Experience with SAP

Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills

Experience with BI tools and Tableau is a plus
This North Ryde based role is only open to candidates that have full eligibility to live and work in Australia. Onsite parking is available.
