To secure delivery performance, in alignment with the Business Case and BA MS Targets.
The Service Management DM role is responsible to secure the quality, cost, safety and low environment impact of the services delivered from their delivery unit (either Global or Local) in accordance to the expected levels agreed in the WLA and MS Delivery performance requirements!
Understand and act upon the End to End Delivery performance even when the delivery is fragmented, thru a proper coordination with the MS DM responsible for other parts of the delivery.
What you will do• Focus on operational and financial performance in accordance to the WLA, covering both service delivery performance and customer's infrastructure performance.• Close interaction with the MSIP for the specific customer and the RDM for the region as well as with the GSO MS PM organization• Monitor and report on the overall operational and financial performance of the global center or regional MS delivery organization to the GSO MS PM, based on global benchmark and targets• Report to MSIP KPI according to the report requirements stated on the local or global WLA• Ensure adequate cost and resource allocation in compliance with Group and local safety requirements• Initiate and drive improvement plans to correct operational or financial performance deviations towards the global benchmark and targets, under coordination and support of the GSO MS PM organization• Manage the hand-over of resources, services and activities to the global or regional delivery unit to fulfill or expand the WLA scope.• Ensure the EHS knowledge and competence of the human resources handed over to the global or regional delivery unit.• Identify delivery performance quality of Customer network nodes, initiate and drive solutions which generate add on sales (i.e.: patches, upgrades, new solutions)
You will bring• Focus on productivity and efficiency of the center (local or global) under its responsibility• Report to MSIP OA, MSIP Deployment and MSIP P&D infrastructure KPI according to the report requirements stated on the local or global WLA• Ensure that the delivery units are working in completely alignment with the New MSTOP processes• Work pro-actively to continuously improve the operational performance of the delivery units as well as the processes used in our delivery, as part of Continual Service Improvement and innovation initiatives• Identify delivery performance of customer network and suggest solutions from Ericsson Product Catalog
Key Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Electronics, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
Experience:
10+years of relevant experience in operations, engineering, or managed services.
Strong expertise in Ericsson core network environments.
