Meet the Team

Our team focuses on in-depth malware research and develops custom tools and automation solutions to support advanced analysis. We primarily provide expertise and intelligence to other internal research teams while actively tracking and investigating our assigned areas of the threat landscape.

To broaden our knowledge and satisfy our curiosity, we occasionally engage in digital forensics and other areas of security research.

About the Role

• Reverse engineer malware samples and produce technical reports.
• Track and analyze specific eCrime malware families.
• Maintain and enhance detection and analysis capabilities within our in-house Botnet Analyzer platform.
• Develop custom scripts and tools to improve the efficiency of your own work and that of your colleagues.
• Gather and analyze intelligence from internal and open sources.
• Collaborate with industry partners and law enforcement agencies during malware disruption and takedown operations.

Essential Requirements

• Strong understanding of x86/x64 assembly language.
• Experience using IDA Pro, Ghidra, Binary Ninja, or similar reverse engineering tools.
• Basic understanding of higher programming languages such as C#, Java, or C++.
• A passion for learning and solving difficult technical challenges. We do not expect anyone to know everything, but we value the ability to learn and adapt.
• Strong analytical skills and a systematic approach to problem-solving.
• English proficiency at B1 level or higher.

Desirable Requirements

• Python is the preferred scripting language.
• A university degree in a relevant field is an advantage; however, practical skills and knowledge are more important.
• Experience with reverse engineering challenges (e.g., CrackMe) is a plus.

Basic wage component (Bratislava): from 2500 EUR/month (brutto) 

* The final basic wage component can be increased accordingly to individual skills and experience of the selected candidate.

* Financial bonus based on performance paid twice a year up to 10% from the base salary paid during the evaluation period (normally 6 months).
