マーケティング＆セールス・モビリティサービスシステム：PM/ビジネスアナリスト業務(一般層 課長代理職、チームリーダー)

【職務内容/Main Tasks】

マーケティング＆セールス・モビリティサービスシステム部では日産車検討/購入されたお客様及びMobilityサービスをご利用されているお客様へ各種サービスを提供するためのシステムやマーケティング＆セールスの業務プロセスを支えるシステムの開発・運用をしています。

●M&S領域：プロジェクトマネージャーとしてマーケティング＆セールス部門ユーザーと協業し、業務プロセスの改革やデジタルを活用しより洗練されたCustomer Experienceの提供をするためのシステム開発を複数プロジェクトリードします。Digitalを活用した新しい取り組みであるため、積極的な提案・ステークホルダーの巻き込みが必要です。
ビジネスプロセスの可視化、データモデリング、システム開発等の経験を踏まえた、プロジェクトマネジメントスキル及びチームとして成果を最大化するピープルマネジメントスキルが必要です。
●モビリティ領域：コネクテッドカーサービス（CCS）やモビリティサービス（MS）を軸にしたサービスプラットフォームの企画・開発・運用を行います。CCSシステムには、NIMコネクテッドカーの遠隔操作やプローブによるデータ収集を行うクラウドアプリケーションや、お客様に新しい体験を提供するための顧客・オペレーター向けアプリケーション（Webポータル、スマートフォンアプリケーションなど）が含まれます。MSシステムには、カーシェアリング、マイクロトランジット、ロボタクシーサービスなどの多様なモビリティサービスを提供するためのモビリティサービス管理とフリート管理が含まれます。今後さらなるサービスビジネスの拡張に対応できることを目指しています。

Marketing & Sales・Mobility Service Systems Department develops and operates systems to provide various services to customers who have considered / purchased Nissan vehicles and customers who are using Mobility services, and systems that support marketing & sales business processes. 
●M&S area:As a project manager, we collaborate with users in the marketing & sales department to lead multiple projects in system development to reform business processes and utilize digital to provide a more sophisticated Customer Experience. Since this is a new initiative that utilizes Digital, it is necessary to actively make proposals and involve stakeholders. Based on experience in business process visualization, data modeling, system development, etc., project management skills and people management skills that maximize results as a team are required.
●Mobility area:Our team plans, develops and operates service platforms centered on connected car services (CCS) and mobility services (MS). CCS systems include cloud applications for remote control of NIM connected cars and data collection with probes, as well as customer and operator applications (web portals, smartphone applications, etc.) to provide customers with new experiences. MS system includes mobility service management and fleet management to provide a variety of mobility services such as car sharing, microtransit and robotaxi services. We aim to be able to respond to further expansion of the service business in the future."
