Job Description- Deliver excellent customer service to major accounts in branch, by phone, and via email, building and maintaining strong long-term relationships
- Support sales activity on key projects and major accounts, identifying new leads and growth opportunities within the lighting and electrical sectors
- Manage major account orders and projects, ensuring accurate processing, timely delivery, and comprehensive project documentation
- Maintain current product knowledge specific to lighting and electrical solutions, providing expert guidance to customers and internal teams
- Support day-to-day branch operations including internal sales and project-based work
- Coordinate with colleagues on project timelines and deliverables, ensuring seamless execution of major account initiatives
- Work collaboratively across teams to support branch growth and enhance operational efficiency on all accounts and projects
- Strong customer service focus and good communication skills
- Experience in the lighting or electrical wholesale industries
- Basic numeracy and attention to detail
- Team player with a proactive, solution-oriented approach
- Previous retail, trade counter or customer-facing experience a plus
