Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Manager to oversee and maintain our cloud infrastructure, ensuring optimal uptime, reliability, and performance across AWS environments. This role will also involve managing the end to end SSL certificate lifecycle to uphold security and compliance standards. As our organization transitions into development and database roles, the ideal candidate will take on responsibilities that extend beyond traditional IT operations, including server administration and maintenance across Windows environments.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain cloud infrastructure on AWS, ensuring high availability and performance.
  • Oversee the SSL certificate lifecycle, including procurement, installation, renewal, and compliance management.
  • Transition into development and database roles, taking on additional responsibilities as needed.
  • Handle server administration tasks, including configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting across Windows environments.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure seamless integration of infrastructure with development and operational processes.
  • Monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance reliability and efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain documentation related to infrastructure processes and configurations.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to team members and stakeholders.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to cloud infrastructure and security.
Mandatory Skills:
  • Proven experience in infrastructure support, particularly in managing AWS environments.
  • Strong knowledge of SSL certificate management and security compliance.
  • Experience with server administration and maintenance in Windows environments.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure related issues effectively.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Skills:
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
  • Experience with database management and development.
  • Knowledge of automation tools and scripting languages.
  • Certifications in AWS or related cloud technologies.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5 7 years of experience in infrastructure management and support.
  • Proven track record of managing cloud infrastructure and ensuring system reliability.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

The pay range for this role is $120,000- $125,000 per annum including any bonuses or variable pay. Tech Mahindra also offers benefits like medical, vision, dental, life, disability insurance and paid time off (including holidays, parental leave, and sick leave, as required by law). This job is open for contract as well with a pay range of CAD 60-65/hr (max.)
