About the Role:

The Maintenance Technician plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of facility equipment and systems across various locations in the United States. This position is responsible for performing routine inspections, troubleshooting, and repairing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to minimize downtime and maintain safety standards. The Maintenance Technician will collaborate closely with facility management and other team members to prioritize maintenance tasks and implement preventive maintenance programs. Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a maintenance technician or in a similar role involving mechanical and electrical repairs.
• Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and general building maintenance.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between job sites as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with safety standards and regulatory compliance in facility maintenance.
