Location: Onsite in Plano, TX
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
About the Mailroom Processor role: The Mail Room Processor is responsible for managing all incoming and outgoing mail to support smooth business operations. This role ensures accurate document handling, timely distribution, and adherence to company procedures.
Responsibilities:
• Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail, packages, and documents.
• Prepare and process outgoing mail, including labeling, postage, and scheduling pickups.
• Scan, index, and upload documents into internal systems with a high level of accuracy.
• Maintain daily logs and tracking records for all mailroom activities.
• Verify document details and ensure proper routing to the correct departments.
• Monitor mailroom supplies and request replenishment when needed.
• Operate mailroom equipment such as scanners, postage meters, and sorting tools.
• Ensure compliance with confidentiality, security, and company policies.
• Identify and escalate discrepancies, damaged items, or delivery issues.
• Support general administrative tasks to maintain efficient mailroom operation.
Requirements:
• Candidates should have a basic knowledge of MS Excel and other applications.
• Candidates should have good reading and writing skills.
• Candidates should be comfortable with Driving office Vehicle /Van.
• Candidates should have basic knowledge of how to use printers and troubleshooting skills.
• Candidates should maintain a clean and safe workspace.

For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation and/or sick time. The estimated salary range for this role is $28,000 - $35,000.
