Mailroom Processing Associate
On-site in far west El Paso, TX
Salary - $15 per hour
Training Schedule: Monday- Friday (8:00am – 5:30pm) Overtime may be required.
After training and moving to Production, all employees are scheduled to work on Saturdays.
What you will be doing:
- Training is mandatory and attendance is very critical.
- Training will be 2-3 weeks from 8:00am-5:30pm Monday-Friday
- After training ALL employees are scheduled to work on Saturdays.
- Mon-Sat (day off during the week) hours may vary 7:00 am- 5:30 PM
- Processors will arrive at the facility by 7am or as early as 6am, you are responsible for all mail processes.
- Receive all mail that comes into onsite mail center.
- Open and sort all mail documents accordingly.
- Receives documents from both electronic and hard copy forms for processing.
- Creating and sorting scanned images, documents, files, and archives in various form types.
- Identifies documents and their purpose and follow company processing procedures.
- Attention to detail is critical and ability to pick up on processes quickly is a must.

Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
- Must have a High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
- Must be able to successfully pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
- Must be able to work Saturdays.

- Previous working experience with Microsoft Word and Excel and some data entry.
- Ability to perform repetitive and physical movements throughout work shift.
- Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time.
- Effective and accurate written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of Medical, Hospital and Dental insurance Claims is preferred.
- Strong work ethic.

In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive.
