Schedule: Monday – Saturday | Start at 6:00 AM (up to 12-hour shifts or until work is complete)
Training: 8 weeks of paid training

Job Description
We are hiring dependable and detail-oriented Mailroom Document Processors to support high-volume document handling operations. This role requires strong accuracy, reliability, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities and Expectations
Shifts start at 6:00am
Sort, image, and process incoming mail and documents by form type
Receive and organize incoming mail
Identify documents and determine their purpose
Classify documents according to contract requirements
Scan and digitally imaged files
Capture and input data based on client specifications
File and archive documents accurately
Always maintain a clean desk and organized workspace
Continue processing documents in a fast-paced workflow until all work is complete
Work closely with team members to meet daily production goals
Requirements
Strong attention to detail
Ability to complete a criminal background check and drug screening successfully
Ability to stand or sit for an extended amount of time
Ability to lift 50+ lbs (mail bags)
Reliable attendance and punctuality are critical
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Ability to communicate and work effectively within a team

In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. The estimated hourly rate for this role is $16.00.
