the Mailroom Clerk responsible to digitize written Customer/Consumer correspondence. This includes receiving, prepping, categorizing and scanning all documents. Emphasis is on accuracy, attention to detail and knowledge of doc types and procedures for each.

  • Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs. consistently throughout the workday
  • Essential employee, 100% work from office

Shift schedule

9:00 AM – 5:30 PM EST (Mon-Fri)

  • Understanding of credit reporting laws preferred

Impact You'll Make:

  • Open, prepare, sort, read, review, count, scan and batch incoming mail and all other necessary documents such as contracts, legal communications, law enforcement reports, or departmental requests. Index documents in OnBase 
  • Meet or exceed efficiency, production, and quality standards each month and ensure departmental procedures are followed
  • Collaborate with team members and management
  • Share office equipment including scanners and workstations and ensure it is cleaned up after use before passing on to another team member
  • Relay production concerns timely and effectively to supervisors
  • Work on special projects and perform other related duties as assigned

This job is assigned as On-Site Essential and requires in- person work at an assigned TU office location as a condition of employment.

Pay Scale Information :

The pay range for this position is $16.01 - $20.67 per hour. *The pay range for this position reflects a reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this job. At TransUnion, actual compensation is based on careful consideration of additional factors such as (but not limited to) an individual’s education, training, work experience, job-related skill set, location, and industry knowledge, as well as the scope and responsibilities of the position and market considerations.

Regular, fulltime non-sales positions may be eligible to participate in TransUnion’s annual bonus plan. Certain positions may be also eligible for long-term incentives and other payments based on applicable company guidance and plan documents.
