Become an integral part of our Luxembourg team! This position is essential part of the team and will have exposure with a lot of different stakeholders.
In this Operations Supervisor role, you'll be part of a dedicated team within the CAO (Chief Administrative Office) delivering mail and creating print and document products. You'll provide professional services across the Senningerberg campus, supporting clients with print production and document preparation, using the latest digital and technical products in line with global control procedures.
Job Summary
As a full time Document & Business Solutions Operations Supervisor, in partnership with your direct manager, you will be responsible for daily oversight of mail and print, controlling the print workflow to meet the needs of the customer/company in providing print and other products and services while meeting established deadlines, quality, and productivity standards.
Job responsibilities
- Operating functional equipment and related technologies; including mail, printing, scanning, inserting, sortation, confidential paper bins and other equipment, as applicable.
- Controlling print workflow to print, finish and distribute submitted requests
- Scan documents/files and integrate into agreed digital mail or other document workflow/depositories.
- Handle receipt, delivery, collection and tracking of mail and courier items including x-ray screening, required manifest(s) and documentation.
- Identify non-compliant activities, resolve discrepancies and escalate as appropriate.
- Maintain record keeping and tracking of data as required by management.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Strong written and spoken English and French and communication skills.
- Ability to lead and manage to achieve strong performance, train others and allocate tasks according to priority and timeframe.
- Strong knowledge of print technologies and experience in production environment
- Client focused approach with good customer service skills, attentiveness, able to interact positively and pleasantly.
- Ability to follow directions, show initiative, work and perform duties under minimal supervision, problem-solve and follow through on tasks.
- Able to work flexibly and productively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Detail and deadline oriented with strong emphasis on safeguarding all personal and confidential information.
- Good understanding of risk and control for the activities responsible; knowledge of safe working practices related to Health & Safety.
- Intermediate understanding and use of Microsoft Office products; (Excel, Word, Power Point, and Outlook; including email & calendar).
