Job Summary:
Within Securities Services business, the Off-Balance Sheet Liquidity Product team manages one of the largest money market fund and short-term investment fund distribution and clearing platforms. You will be part of a team responsible for managing the global product platform and its solutions in support of our Securities Services and third-party Introducing Brokers and their clients, and in partnership with colleagues across J.P. Morgan, including Prime Brokerage, and Asset Management. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a complex, challenging, and evolving product at one of the world's leading custodians.
As an integral member of the Cash and Liquidity Market's (CALM) Product team, the candidate will be actively involved in the development and growth of the JPMSE platform's footprint through opportunity assessment and management of the platform and its solutions.
Job responsibilities:
- Participating in client conversations as the product solutions subject-matter-expert
- Working on new product initiatives that contribute to the tactical and strategic expansion of the off-balance sheet platform and its solutions
- Driving product change in an innovative, risk-based, and client focused approach
- Managing and owning the client onboarding to our product solutions
- Incorporating risk and business assessments to maintain and enhance process controls
- Reviewing impact of regulation on the business and drive change requests and investment initiatives to ensure compliance
- Create, analyze, and review daily and monthly business and industry product metrics
- Supporting ad hoc research and resolution of daily issues, data requests, and reporting requirements
- Providing concise, timely written and oral status updates to all levels of the organization
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Experience in product management and/or project management within financial services
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results within tight deadlines
- Ability to build strong relationships with both internal stakeholders and clients
- Analytical and resourceful / strategic thinker
- Ability to work independently and take initiative yet values teamwork within a small group
- Expertise in Excel and PowerPoint
- Liquidity or Money Market Fund product management experience a plus
- FINRA Series 99 licensing required (can obtain within 6 months of employment)
- Undergraduate degree
