We are seeking a Tech Associate with expertise in Magento and e-commerce to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in Magento development and a strong understanding of e-commerce principles. As a Tech Associate, you will be responsible for supporting our Magento-based projects, troubleshooting technical issues, and collaborating with the development team to deliver high-quality solutions.
Assist in the development and maintenance of Magento-based websites and e-commerce platforms.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions that meet business objectives.
Customise Magento functionalities and develop custom modules as per project requirements.
Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions.
Perform quality assurance testing to ensure the performance, reliability, and security of Magento applications.
Stay updated with the latest Magento trends, technologies, and best practices.
Provide technical support and guidance to team members as needed.
Participate in meetings, discussions, and brainstorming sessions to contribute innovative ideas and strategies.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in Magento development and implementation.
Proficiency in PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web technologies.
Strong understanding of e-commerce concepts and best practices.
Experience with Magento 2. x is preferred.
Knowledge of Magento extensions, themes, and customization techniques.
Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
