The MAD Procurement Internship Program is a 6-month paid internship, designed to give you hands-on experience and fast-track your professional growth.
During the program, you will:
Gain expertise from top procurement professionals and business leaders.
Work on real business challenges and make a tangible impact from day one.
Shadow and learn from our most skilled negotiators and training platforms.
Deepen your sustainability knowledge through our Ecovadis Training Program.
Receive mentorship from senior procurement leaders in dedicated tutoring sessions.

You will sharpen your skills by:
Supporting negotiations with suppliers (cellulose, chemicals, etc.), assisting the team in preparation and strategy.
Preparing and analyzing reports on performance, risk, and sustainability to provide valuable insights for business meetings.
Conducting in-depth supplier analysis, assessing capabilities and cost drivers to enhance efficiency and optimize raw material spending.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with key internal stakeholders, including Operations, Supply Chain, R&D, Quality, and Finance.
Driving innovation and sustainability, assisting in the execution and tracking of projects aligned with our business objectives and ESG commitments.
You’re the right fit if you:
Are a recent or soon-to-be graduate in Engineering, Economics, or related fields.
Speak fluent Italian and English (Spanish is a plus).
Have a strong passion for Procurement and a desire to grow in the field.
Possess analytical thinking, project management skills, and an entrepreneurial mindset.
Are proactive, adaptable, and thrive in dynamic environments.
Enjoy collaborating across teams in an international setting.
Have strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
