4-10 Hour Shifts Monday – Thursday (night shift as required)
Job Description
- Set up, programming and operate CNC Milling center (Lathe only)
- Knows Mazatrol Programming
- Can read and interpret engineered drawings and work instructions
- Can handle US Standard and Metric measurements
- Tolerances held to .0005” or .127mm
- Maintain a clean work area and ensure safe operation of all equipment
- Follows Project Manager schedule for quality assurance for work performed
- Ability to operate large machining equipment
- Full understanding of all processes, procedures and safety risks associated with the plant processing areas
- Personal discipline to perform all assigned tasks and ensure product quality
- Perform self-inspection of parts and ensure they meet print specifications
- Excellent dexterity
- Work independently, but also as part of a team
Requirements:
- 3 to 5 years of experience working with CNC machines in a manufacturing environment
