JOB SUMMARY:  

The Machinist III is a senior-level machinist responsible for solving complex machining problems, interpreting advanced drawings including GD&T, and serving as a technical resource on the shop floor. 

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES  

These duties are not meant to be all-inclusive and other duties may be assigned. 

  • Collaborate with engineers and design teams to solve complex machining problems. 

  • Interpret complex engineering drawings, including GD&T. 

  • Work with minimal supervision and assist others as a resource. 

 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:    

  • 8-15 years of experience. 

  • High School diploma or GED required. 

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:   

  • Comprehensive understanding of machining processes and materials. 

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. 

  • Effective communication with team and cross-functional groups.
