This role sits within ABB's Robotics business, a leading global robotics company. We're entering an exciting new chapter as we’ve announced the plan for SoftBank Group to acquire ABB Robotics. This Position reports to:
Engineering Team Leader
Job Responsibilities:
Preparation of documentation related to machinery safety (primarily robotic cells and production lines)
Development of safety concepts for our projects, performance level calculations, risk analyses, and safety validation of machines
Conducting internal training sessions on machinery safety
Collaboration on the development of new solutions with colleagues
Communication with suppliers, customers, and colleagues from international units
Cooperation in the creation of manuals
Requirements:
Secondary or university education in a technical field (electrical focus is an advantage)
NV 194/2022 §6) – advantage
Experience in machinery safety and automation
Experience with SISTEMA, RasWin software – advantage
Ability to work independently as well as in a team
Willingness to travel within the Czech Republic and abroad
Driving license, category B
Language skills: Czech and English at a communicative level – B2, other languages are an advantage
