THE POSITION
These are your key tasks:
· Providing operational support to the Deputy Chief Member Associations Officer
· Provide administrative support to the Paris team and conduct research
· Prepare reports, presentations, meeting minutes, and project documentation
· Follow up on project timelines, milestones, and deliverables
· Coordinate logistics for Member Association delegations visiting the Paris office
· Assist in organizing meetings, workshops, and official missions
· Supporting the team in the organisation of workshops and seminars, including education and capacity building
· Improve the service to the MAs with the help of external stakeholders and other departments/divisions
· Assist in the development and implementation of specific football development projects within Africa in collaboration with other FIFA departments
