This role is responsible for support and adoption efforts of the Microsoft 365 Cloud applications. These efforts are to drive the most value resulting from our Digital Workplace capabilities that are targeted at creating a standard set of tools for all employees, increasing productivity, and building an agile culture.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Designing, implementing and supporting Microsoft cloud technologies and services such as MS Teams, Exchange Online, One Drive, Intune, MAM / MDM, Defender for Office, BitLocker, etc.
  • Responsible for outlining Policies and Procedures for the M365 Cloud products and features.
  • Responsible for working closely with the business to provide training as well as establish and share best practices.
  • Extend and update M365 tool catalog documentation and FAQ documentation for the business and other technology teams to reference.
  • Work as 3rd level support amongst a small team of staff to support end-user tickets regarding M365.
  • Ensure new features are being reviewed to understand impacts, communicate positive and negative impacts to IT and business stakeholders.
  • Perform administrative maintenance on the O365 tenant services to ensure optimal service response times and proper license and rights allocations.
  • Work with various IT teams as required to support O365 related initiatives.
  • Perform product testing and integration testing.
  • Identify security risks to our O365 cloud environment and services and suggest mitigation solutions with the digital cyber security team.
  • Developing and promoting standard operations documentation such as procedures, checklists, Knowledge Base Articles and user instructions
  • Ensuring systems adherence and compliance with security standards and practices
  • Solid understanding of compliance and security around M365 Cloud technologies to implement best practices.
  • Manage and support the Microsoft Phone System including integrations with global phone system providers.

Passionate about solving clients' problems. Your Microsoft 365 technical knowledge provides clients with trusted advising and consultation. Training and support experience guides clients to understanding using effective use of:

  • Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to work collaboratively with others.
  • Excellent written, verbal, facilitator, and presentation skills; able to work directly with customers at all levels of the organization.
  • Action-oriented and strong organization skills.
  • Easily adapt to a rapidly changing environment and work well with remote teams.

Work Experience:

  • 2+ years M365 experience including Microsoft Phone System, Teams, OneDrive, Intune, and Power Automate with an emphasis on Microsoft Defender for Office and Exchange Online.
  • 2+ years Microsoft Defender for Office or ATP
  • At least 4 years' experience with Microsoft 365 Administrative experience
  • Experience with Microsoft BitLocker preferred.
