Purpose & Scope
As an M365 Stack Developer expert in Enterprise Platforms, you will contribute to our digital initiatives within our agile organization. Our agile operating model consists of two core components—Digital Capability and Digital Execution. Digital Execution aligns missions with business goals to enable collaboration, while Digital Capability focuses on developing specialized expertise. This structure supports scalable agile practices, balancing product delivery with skill growth.
In this role, you will research, design, develop, deploy, and maintain Microsoft 365 (M365) applications, leveraging your experience to deliver effective, enterprise-grade solutions. You will focus on Copilot Studio, SharePoint Online, MS Teams, Power Apps and Power Automate to support business needs. You will drive strategic technical initiatives, architectural design, and complex problem-solving to align IT systems with business goals and work with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions. This position offers exposure to cutting-edge technology and the opportunity to contribute to impactful digital initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Drives strategic technical initiatives, architectural design, and complex problem-solving to align IT systems with business goals.
- Provide solutions for complex, cross-domain M365 tools, resolving architectural trade-offs related to scalability, security, integration, and long-term maintainability.
- Provide technical leadership through influence rather than direct authority, mentoring senior engineers and tech leads, reviewing high-risk or novel designs, and setting expectations for engineering quality.
- Design, develop, and deploy M365 custom applications and workflows using SharePoint Online, MS Teams, Copilot Studio and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate & Power BI)
- Conduct business analyses by collaborating with stakeholders to identify needs, adjust communication for non-technical audiences, and deliver solutions aligned with business goals using an agile approach.
- Configure and customize SharePoint Online sites, lists, libraries, flows, and web parts to improve productivity and information management.
- Integrate M365 solutions with external systems (e.g., CRM, ERP) using tools like Azure function, Azure Logic Apps as needed
- Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Regularly monitor performance of applications and identify bottlenecks.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure the applications are secure, compliant, and projects adhere to SLC best practices, including managing identity and access and securing data. Generate and maintain related documentation as needed.
- Initiative Execution: Actively participate in and contribute to various initiatives, applying your specialized skills to achieve the objectives and expected Value. Contribute to the ongoing realization of Value from these enterprise platforms through continuous integration and deployment.
- Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members within the subdivision and across other digital and business units.
- Continuous Learning: Engage in continuous learning and professional development to stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in a specific area of expertise.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology) or equivalent experience.
- 9+ years of demonstrated experience developing and configuring solutions in Microsoft 365, with specific expertise in SharePoint Online, MS Teams, Copilot Studio, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
- Integrations with backend systems (APIs, Azure Functions, Dataverse, third-party services) using connectors, webhooks, and custom code
- Strong experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse.
- Understanding of prompt engineering, LLMs (e.g., GPT models), and responsible AI principles.
- Proficiency with SPFx, .NET, CSS, HTML5, PowerShell, and basic UI/UX design principles.
- Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills to influence stakeholders and mentor staff.
- Understanding of relational databases and SQL.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and basic version control (e.g., Azure DevOps or Git).
- Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with development teams and business users.
- Solid problem-solving capabilities to troubleshoot and resolve issues in applications and workflows.
- Good written and verbal communication skills for explaining solutions to stakeholders.
Preferred Qualification:
- Microsoft certifications in Copilot Studio, AI development, SharePoint Online, Power Platform, or related technologies.
