What You Will Achieve
In this role, you will:
- Maintain proper documentation - batch records, check sheets, logbooks.
- Perform fill room setup and perform room and equipment sanitation, including work over head .
- Ensures environmental excursions are kept at an acceptable level.
- Stay current with training requirements and follow SOPs, cGMPs , batch records, TCPs, BOMs and POPs.
- Communicates openly and clearly with line personnel and supervision to accomplish manufacturing goals.
- Promote a positive team environment.
- Notifies Group Leader/Supervisor of all safety issues.
Here Is What You Need (Minimum Requirements)
- High School Diploma or GED with 1 + years of experience.
- Self ‑ motivated problem solver able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to communicate effectively across departments and follow written and verbal instructions.
- Competence in troubleshooting and performing quality checks.
- Demonstrated ability to follow established procedures and guidelines.
- Analytical, detail-oriented problem solver with strong organizational skills.
Bonus Points If You Have (Preferred Requirements)
- Previous experience in cGMPs (current Good Manufacturing Practices) environment.
- Relevant pharmaceutical experience.
- Proficiency in using manufacturing software and tools.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to mentor team members.
- Familiarity and basic understanding of common AI tools and a curiosity for learning how they can be used to enhance productivity.
Physical/Mental Requirements
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing and regulatory compliance.
- Demonstrated aptitude to execute Aseptic techniques to a high degree of proficiency.
- Must be able to read and write and follow written and oral instructions.
- Required to do frequent lifting of 15-20 pounds and occasional lifting in excess of 25 pounds.
- Vision must be correctable to 20/20.
- Satisfactory performance and attendance are required.
Non-Standard Work Schedule, Travel or Environment Requirements
- Must be able to lift 35-45 lbs. sporadically and 10-20 lbs. frequently; including lifting above shoulders.
- Must be able to withstand exposure to inks, solvents, heat, steam and liquids.
- Stand for up to 8 to 12 hours depending on assigned area.
- Must be able to communicate and work well interdepartmentally, as well as, with all plant departments.
- Must be able to read and write, as well as, follow written and oral instructions.
- Must be capable of performing data entry into calculators and computers.
- Vision must be correctable to 20/20.
- This role follows a Monday-Friday D1 day shift schedule from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with occasional off‑shift support required as needed to address critical issues.
