Métrologue (H/F) / Metrologist (M/F)

Missions :

As part of our product/process quality team, you’ll have the opportunity to fully install, develop & maintain best in class quality laboratories for our Gigafactory, that will support production & product/process validation.
You'll have to closely work with our Product & Process teams to lead and follow up metrology planning & support operations with measurements & quality controls.

Your responsibilities:
• Install the QC laboratories at Dunkirk Gigafactory
• Qualify the measurement systems
• Support operation and quality team on measurements & quality controls
• Maintain laboratory equipment (support and calibration follow up)
• Support on QC data implementation in ERP (LIMS)
• Train quality team and perform measurement audit
• Continuous improvement of labs’ tooling & processes

Prérequis :

• Degree in Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.Minimum
• 5 years of experience in Quality Engineering within the automotive or aerospace industry.
• Strong knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 17025, and Automotive Core Tools (MSA, SPC, Gage R&R).
• Proven experience in laboratory setup, equipment qualification, commissioning, and calibration management.
• Expertise in metrology, dimensional inspection, and CMM programming.
• Proficiency with PolyWorks, Calypso, and statistical analysis software such as Minitab, JMP, or Statgraphics.
• Strong experience with X-Ray inspection systems and measurement system validation.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, GD&T, and tolerance requirements.
• Experience training and supporting Metrology and Quality teams on measurement equipment and best practices.
• French and English language skills are required (written and spoken).
