Missions :
- Install the QC laboratories at Dunkirk Gigafactory
- Qualify the measurement systems
- Support operation and quality team on measurements & quality controls
- Maintain laboratory equipment (support and calibration follow up)
- Support on QC data implementation in ERP (LIMS)
- Train quality team and perform measurement audit
- Continuous improvement of labs’ tooling & processes
Prérequis :
- Degree in Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.Minimum
- 5 years of experience in Quality Engineering within the automotive or aerospace industry.
- Strong knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 17025, and Automotive Core Tools (MSA, SPC, Gage R&R).
- Proven experience in laboratory setup, equipment qualification, commissioning, and calibration management.
- Expertise in metrology, dimensional inspection, and CMM programming.
- Proficiency with PolyWorks, Calypso, and statistical analysis software such as Minitab, JMP, or Statgraphics.
- Strong experience with X-Ray inspection systems and measurement system validation.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, GD&T, and tolerance requirements.
- Experience training and supporting Metrology and Quality teams on measurement equipment and best practices.
- French and English language skills are required (written and spoken).
