What You ‘ll Do
You will join our high-performance Strategy & Growth team and lead the design, governance, and continuous evolution of the Market & Sales (M&S) Integrated Growth Planning framework, enabling strategic decision-making and sustainable business growth across global markets.
    • Lead the development, governance, and continuous enhancement of the M&S Integrated Growth Planning framework.
    • Drive seamless alignment across Market Evaluation, Market Perspectives, Country Strategic Growth Plans, and Budget Alignment processes.
    • Establish standardized planning cycles, governance models, templates, reporting structures, and decision-making forums.
    • Translate customer insights, competitive intelligence, market intelligence, and business data into actionable market perspectives.
    • Ensure Market Evaluation outputs are standardized, consistent, and effectively integrated into enterprise planning processes.
    • Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to harmonize planning methodologies, tools, governance frameworks, and data sources.
    • Develop and refine mid-term and long-term market perspectives aligned with evolving business priorities and market dynamics.
    • Drive alignment across Business Units (BUs), Regions, and leadership teams on strategic growth priorities, opportunities, and business risks.
    • Integrate market perspectives into country-level strategic growth plans and budget planning activities.
    • Support executive leadership through scenario planning, forecasting, financial modeling, and strategic trade-off analysis.
    • Ensure strong alignment between market perspectives, country growth plans, and long-term account management strategies.
    • Collaborate with Account Management teams to validate assumptions, identify growth opportunities, and improve strategic planning effectiveness.
    • Establish bidirectional planning processes where market insights inform account strategies and account intelligence enhances market planning.
    • Enhance data quality, accessibility, transparency, and reporting capabilities across planning functions.
    • Define standardized KPIs, planning assumptions, governance metrics, and reporting frameworks.
    • Streamline reporting processes to improve planning efficiency and reduce operational complexity.
    • Enable complete traceability across Market Evaluation, Market Perspectives, Strategic Growth Plans, Budget Planning, and Account Plans.
    • Act as the central coordination point between Business Units, Finance, Regional Teams, Market Evaluation, Account Management, and Digital Analytics teams.
    • Facilitate governance reviews, executive planning meetings, and strategic decision-making forums.
    • Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on process simplification, standardization, automation, and digital transformation.
    • Champion adoption of modern planning tools, dashboards, analytics platforms, and best practices across the organization.

What We Seek In You
    • 8+ years of experience in Integrated Business Planning, Strategic Planning, Commercial Excellence, Sales Strategy, Business Transformation, or related functions.
    • Strong expertise in Integrated Growth Planning, Market Evaluation, and Strategic Planning processes.
    • Demonstrated experience developing market perspectives and translating business insights into strategic growth initiatives.
    • Strong business acumen with the ability to connect market intelligence, financial planning, and commercial strategy.
    • Advanced analytical, financial modeling, forecasting, and business data interpretation capabilities.
    • Experience driving integrated planning across multiple business functions, geographies, and leadership teams.
    • Strong understanding of budgeting, strategic growth planning, and performance management frameworks.
    • Experience supporting executive decision-making through scenario planning and business performance analysis.
    • Strong stakeholder management experience across Business Units, Finance, Sales, Regional Leadership, and Global Teams.
    • Experience designing governance frameworks, planning processes, and enterprise operating models.
    • Excellent program management, planning, facilitation, and organizational skills.
    • Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and influencing capabilities.
    • Experience working with planning tools, dashboards, analytics platforms, and digital reporting solutions.
    • Knowledge of business intelligence, data visualization, and planning automation tools is an added advantage.
    • Ability to operate effectively in complex, matrixed, and global enterprise environments.
