The opportunity
Join us as an experienced M&S Business Project Manager – Sales Configurators and take the lead on impactful projects that drive innovation in our Marketing & Sales tools and workflows. In this role, you will ensure alignment with business strategy, manage cross-functional initiatives, and deliver solutions that provide measurable business value. This position requires strong project management expertise, proven experience with Sales Configurators, and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
How you´ll make an impact
- Lead execution of M&S tool and process improvement projects, supporting strategic programs.
- Drive standardization and simplification with Process Governance Managers across businesses.
- Ensure projects align with business strategy, priorities, and deliver optimal business value.
- Develop solid business cases with clear requirements, cost-benefit analysis, and approvals.
- Collaborate with IT Project Manager on scope, budget, risks, and mitigation strategies.
- Act as primary Project Manager when no IT PM is assigned; ensure smooth project delivery.
- Oversee user acceptance testing, training, and safe transition to live use.
- Maintain proper documentation and provide regular status reports to management.
Your background
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, information technology or engineering or equivalent work experience.
- 5+ years’ experience in business or IT project management.
- Proven expertise in Sales Configurator projects; experience in the area of Salesforce, Conga, MuleSoft, or Camos is a plus.
- Knowledge of Marketing & Sales processes and project management methodologies.
- Strong organizational, planning, and senior-level communication skills.
- Skilled in writing, presenting, and managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Proactive and self-motivated with passion, detail-oriented, and fluent in English (written and spoken).
