About the role
We are looking for an M&A Manager to join our M&A team at our head office in Kista, Stockholm. In this role, you will be part of driving Munters’ acquisition-led growth across our three Business Areas of AirTech, FoodTech, and Data Center Technologies.
We are looking for an M&A Manager to join our M&A team at our head office in Kista, Stockholm. In this role, you will be part of driving Munters’ acquisition-led growth across our three Business Areas of AirTech, FoodTech, and Data Center Technologies.
This is a hands-on role where you will work across the full transaction lifecycle — from identifying and evaluating targets to executing deals and supporting handover to integration. You will collaborate closely with Group Management and business leaders, contributing directly to strategic decisions and long-term value creation.
Your main responsibilities
- Identify and assess acquisition and investment opportunities aligned with Munters’ strategy
- Build financial models, perform valuations, and develop and present investment cases
- Drive or support key workstreams in transactions, including due diligence and negotiations
- Coordinate stakeholders and external advisors throughout the deal process
- Prepare high-quality materials for senior management and Board discussions
- Support in value creation and follow-up with Munters Frontier's venture portfolio
What we are looking for
- 5+ years of relevant experience, including hands-on M&A execution
- Background in investment banking, corporate M&A, management consulting, transaction services
- Strong financial modelling and valuation capabilities
- Experience from due diligence processes and transaction execution
- Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality results under time pressure

- A clear and confident communicator with strong stakeholder skills
