Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Participate in tasks related to the origination and execution of sell-side, buy-side, merger, and leveraged buyout (LBO) transactions
  • Assist in the preparation of client presentations ("pitches") and information memoranda
  • Conduct industry research : collect information on target companies, market analysis, competitive position
  • Make sector analysis and financial valuation of companies (DCF, multiples)
  • Participate in all tasks related to the execution of transactions

Qualifications:

  • As part of your studies at a business or engineering school, you are seeking an internship in Investment Banking. This may be your first experience, or you may already have some initial exposure to Investment Banking, Audit, Transaction Services, or Private Equity.
  • You have solid financial knowledge (accounting, financial analysis, company valuation methods, etc.) and strong analytical skills, enabling you to work both autonomously and within a team
  • You are fluent in French and English (both written and spoken), and you are at ease with IT tools for your role
  • You are creative and able to present ideas that align with the company’s clients’ development strategies
  • You have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage high-level professional relationships in both French and English. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and commitment to excellence drive you.
