Job SummaryIron Mountain is seeking a strategic and experienced M&A IT Integration Project Manager to join our Enterprise Information Technology team. In this role, you will be responsible for the seamless technological unification of acquired entities, overseeing the entire IT deal lifecycle from technical due diligence to long-term synergy realization.
You will act as the primary liaison between the Integration Management Office, IT workstream leads, and executive stakeholders to ensure technology strategies support the financial objectives of every deal. Your work will be central to a high-stakes environment focused on consolidating infrastructure and rationalizing application portfolios while maintaining zero disruption to business operations.
What You’ll DoIn this role, you will:
Lead the IT Integration Lifecycle: Establish and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations across multiple workstreams to ensure all milestones align with the overall integration strategy.
Collaborate Across Functions: Partner with cross-functional teams and the Enterprise IT Financial Operations team to define requirements, manage CapEx and OpEx budgets, and remove roadblocks for workstream leads.
Ensure Operational Excellence: Proactively identify and mitigate risks to integration timelines while ensuring all projects adhere to organizational standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.
The ideal candidate will have:
5+ years of experience in IT Project Management, specifically navigating highly fluid environments within a matrix organization.
Strong knowledge of Waterfall, Agile, and hybrid project management methodologies, with a proven ability to analyze and recover business operations quickly.
Proven ability to influence ideas and present complex concepts simply to diverse audiences, driving change through collaboration and exceptional stakeholder management.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or a related field; Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
