Management Information Development
Outputs:
Assist in the development and Implementation of the Retail and Business Banking performance Management process, working with the Head Data Analytics, Business Planning Manager and unit managers to translate/relate business objectives into role specific performance plans for our people.
Support the RBB Resourcing and Development Officer to ensure that monitoring tools developed are applied and effectiveness of training and other ‘people development’ activities are properly monitored.
Embed the importance of data integrity.
Analyse MI for Retail and Business Banking and Provide recommendations for improvement.
Identify and evaluate improvements in performance and present in a compelling and coherent manner.
Provide Business intelligence information and recommendation to Head Data Analytics.
