- Vocational baccalaureate to Bac+2 in maintenance, mechanics or electrical engineering
- Significant experience in mobile repairs and maintenance of heavy equipment
- Professional knowledge of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems
- Ability to perform diagnostics, overhauls, preventive and corrective maintenance
- Knowledge of Caterpillar equipment, ranges and functions
- Basic knowledge of IT tools and information systems for reporting and business tools
- Strict knowledge and application of health, safety, environmental and customer risk prevention rules
- Availability to perform on-call duties and operate as a roaming/itinerant technician
