Responsibilities:
- Serve as the dedicated Billing Analyst for newly acquired firms during the first three months post-acquisition
- Support billing training during Aprio Week
- Review and correct inaccurate billing information during the initial three-month onboarding period
- Conduct virtual open office hours throughout the first three months to support onboarding and billing questions
- Provide regular updates on training progress and billing activities throughout the onboarding period
- Coordinate the transition of each acquired firm to its assigned Billing Analyst following the initial three-month onboarding period
- Identify opportunities to enhance, standardize, and document billing processes and procedures
- Monthly travel required- possibly up to 50%
Qualifications:
- Previous billing experience required
- Experience with Practice Engine is strongly preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Self-starter with strong organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills
- Strong judgment and effective problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Experience in a professional services or technology environment is preferred
- Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time
