  • タイムライン、マイルストーン、リソース配分を含む詳細なプロジェクト計画を作成し、プロジェクトフェーズを明確に定義し、スケジュール管理します
  • 影響分析や詳細な要件作成を含む、プロジェクト成果物の実務的な分析を行い、品質を確保します
  • プロジェクト予算を作成・管理。コストをコントロールし、プロジェクトを完了させます
  • 潜在的なリスクおよび緩和策を策定し、プロジェクトライフサイクル全体でリスクを監視。必要に応じて問題をエスカレーションします
  • 複数部門にわたるチーム間の協力とコミュニケーションを促進し、プロジェクト文書を準備。会議をサポートします

  • 3〜5年のプロジェクトマネジメント経験があり、成果物や詳細分析に実務的に関与した実績
  • グローバルなステークホルダーや多様な文化のチームと協働した経験
  • 新規事業開発、技術導入、業務改善、ポストマージャーインテグレーションなど、組織の制約内でプロジェクトを管理・遂行した実績
  • 高い分析力、組織力、マルチタスク能力
  • 日本語と英語での優れたコミュニケーション能力(書面および口頭)
