We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and proactive Project Manager to join our organization. The position will be based in Tokyo, Japan. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

【We will count on you to / 主な業務内容】
- タイムライン、マイルストーン、リソース配分を含む詳細なプロジェクト計画を作成し、プロジェクトフェーズを明確に定義し、スケジュール管理します
- 影響分析や詳細な要件作成を含む、プロジェクト成果物の実務的な分析を行い、品質を確保します
- プロジェクト予算を作成・管理。コストをコントロールし、プロジェクトを完了させます
- 潜在的なリスクおよび緩和策を策定し、プロジェクトライフサイクル全体でリスクを監視。必要に応じて問題をエスカレーションします
- 複数部門にわたるチーム間の協力とコミュニケーションを促進し、プロジェクト文書を準備。会議をサポートします
【What you need to have / 必須要件】
- 3〜5年のプロジェクトマネジメント経験があり、成果物や詳細分析に実務的に関与した実績
- グローバルなステークホルダーや多様な文化のチームと協働した経験
- 新規事業開発、技術導入、業務改善、ポストマージャーインテグレーションなど、組織の制約内でプロジェクトを管理・遂行した実績
- 高い分析力、組織力、マルチタスク能力
- 日本語と英語での優れたコミュニケーション能力（書面および口頭）

- PMPやPRINCE2などのプロジェクトマネジメント資格、または同等の経験
- MS Project、JIRA、Asanaなどのプロジェクト管理ツールの使用経験
- 多様なステークホルダーが存在する大規模かつ複雑な組織での勤務経験
Skills Required
- 3-5 years of project management experience with hands-on involvement in deliverables and detailed analysis
- Experience working with global stakeholders and multicultural teams
- Proven ability to manage projects such as new business development, technology implementations, process improvements, or post-merger integrations
- Strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Japanese and English
- Willingness to work in Tokyo office at least three days per week (hybrid)
- Experience with business analysis, organizational design, or process improvement
- Experience leading end-to-end post-merger integration in Japan
- Established local network with regulators, external advisors, and senior management in Japan
- Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2) or equivalent experience
- Experience using MS Project, JIRA, Asana
- Experience working in large, complex organizations with diverse stakeholders
