Drive Strategic Consignment Growth: Leverage and expand your personal and professional network—including stylists, personal shoppers, boutique owners, luxury retail associates, and VIP contacts—to source high-quality luxury consignments.
Cultivate Elite Client Relationships: Build and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with affluent clients through highly personalized service and proactive communication.
Execute Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement creative outreach, localized marketing initiatives, and networking strategies to attract new consignors and drive repeat business.
Exceed Sales Performance Targets: Consistently meet or surpass monthly procurement quotas and KPIs, directly contributing to the brand's market growth.
Manage End-to-End White-Glove Logistics: Secure high-end items from clients and seamlessly coordinate the pickup, valuation, and secure shipment to The RealReal’s authentication centers.
