Key Responsibilities:
- Drive
sales and market penetration of the company’s lubricant products within
Akure and its environs.
- Identify,
develop, and manage new business opportunities and customer accounts.
- Build
and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and end‑users.
- Achieve
monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct
market intelligence and competitor analysis to support strategic
decisions.
- Provide
regular reports on sales activities, customer feedback, and market trends.
Requirements:
- Minimum
of a Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Marketing, Business Administration,
Engineering, or related field).
- Minimum
of Three (3) years’ proven work experience in lubricant sales, preferably
within the lubricant or FMCG sector.
- Strong
knowledge of Akure and surrounding markets.
- Excellent
communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability
to work independently and meet targets under pressure.
- Valid
driver’s license and willingness to travel within the region.
