Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Schedule: Evening Shift - Sunday and Monday
Location: South Creek Post Acute
Pay: $29–$43 per hour

What You’ll Do- Provide high-quality nursing care under the supervision of an RN and physician
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
- Monitor residents’ health status and promptly document any changes
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and update care plans
- Build positive, supportive relationships with residents and their families
- Active LPN license in the State of Washington
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Excellent attention to detail
