What You'll Do
• Provide skilled nursing care in accordance with resident care plans and clinical standards
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to achieve the best possible resident outcomes
• Support and supervise nursing assistants in delivering quality resident care
• Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families
• Help maintain a positive, safe, and compassionate care environment
Compensation
• $40.00 to $47.00 per hour
• Evening Shift Differential: Additional $2.00 per hour
• NOC Shift Differential: Additional $3.00 per hour

Skills Required
- Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
- Ability to provide skilled nursing care per resident care plans and clinical standards
- Ability to collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary care teams

- Availability to work evening and night shifts (shift differentials listed)

The PACS team consists of 300+ professionals who provide accounting, finance, human resources, payroll, accounts receivable and payable, legal, risk management, information technology and other business advice and support from its headquarters in Farmington, UT, and satellite offices across the United States. PACS provides back-office administrative support to 321 independently-operated healthcare facilities in 17 states.
