Pay: $33.35–$42.03 per hour
Shift Differentials: +$1 Day | +$2.50 NOC | +$4 Weekend

Your Role:
Direct Patient Care: Provide high-quality, resident-centered care in accordance with nursing standards and protocols.
Monitor Resident Progress: Track resident progress, assess needs, and adjust care plans to ensure optimal outcomes.
Resident and Family Education: Educate residents and their families on health management, treatment options, and wellness strategies to empower them in their care.
Collaboration: Work with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate and deliver the best care possible, ensuring that each resident’s unique needs are met.
What We're Looking For:
Current LPN license in Alaska.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on building positive relationships with residents, families, and healthcare teams.
A genuine passion for delivering compassionate care and improving resident outcomes.
