The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Regional West Physicians Clinic (RWPC) plays a critical role in delivering high-quality patient care within a multidisciplinary clinical environment. This position involves providing direct nursing care under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians, ensuring patient comfort, safety, and well-being. Minimum Qualifications:

  • Current and valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Nebraska.
  • Completion of an accredited practical nursing program.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Proven experience working in a clinical or healthcare setting.
  • Strong understanding of nursing principles, patient care standards, and clinical procedures.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a primary care or outpatient clinic environment.
  • Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems, particularly EPIC.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented clinical setting.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care including taking vital signs, administering medications, and other clinical procedures.
  • Monitor patient conditions and report any changes or concerns promptly to registered nurses or physicians.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, documenting care provided and patient responses.
