ABOUT THIS ROLE

Apex Fintech Solutions is seeking a Low-Code, No-Code Applications Specialist to design, build, and deploy AI-enhanced solutions for our operations team. In this role, you will leverage platforms with minimal to no coding to automate workflows, integrate AI capabilities, and create user-friendly applications that optimize operational processes.

Duties/Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain applications using no-code/low-code platforms (e.g., Retool, Bubble, Power Apps) to streamline operational tasks.

• Collaborate with the operations team to identify process bottlenecks and translate needs into functional, data-driven solutions.

• Integrate AI modules—such as chatbots, predictive analytics, or automated decision trees—to improve efficiency and reduce manual tasks.

• Configure connections to various data sources and APIs, ensuring the accuracy, reliability, and security of operational data.

• Perform routine testing, troubleshoot issues, and make iterative improvements based on user feedback.

• Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders (operations, analytics, IT, etc.) to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.

• Stay current on emerging no-code/low-code and AI trends, recommending best practices to continually enhance internal processes.

Education and/or Experience

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent work experience) required.

• 2+ years of experience with no-code/low-code tools (such as Retool, Bubble, Airtable, or Power Apps) to create interactive workflows, apps, or dashboards.

Required Skills/Abilities

• Familiarity with AI or machine learning concepts, particularly applying AI-driven features within a no-code/low-code environment.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to distill complex processes into clear, efficient steps.

• Excellent communication skills, comfortable working with diverse teams to define requirements and present solutions.

• Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.

• Basic understanding of data security and compliance regulations as they relate to operational technology solutions.

Work Environment

• This job operates in a hybrid, office environment two days per week.
