Job Description

Job Summary:

Build practical AI solutions that make work easier across Global Sales and Marketing. As a Low-Code AI Developer, you will test and deploy governed AI agents, workflows and applications using Microsoft Power Platform and the Microsoft AI stack. You will report to a AI Strategy and Transformation Lead. You will work a hybrid schedule in Pune or Bangalore or Noida/Gurgaon, India. You will partner with the GSM AI Strategy & Transformation team, process designers, functional experts, and IT teams.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Rapidly prototype, iterate and deploy production-light AI applications, agents, bots, workflows and data integrations using approved low-code tools.
  • Build solutions using Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate and Copilot Studio, along with approved Microsoft AI services.
  • Configure connectors, APIs and workflow orchestration components using low-code or no-code approaches; partner with professional developers when requirements exceed the approved low-code architecture.
  • Apply prompt-engineering and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) patterns to create grounded, reliable AI experiences connected to approved enterprise data sources such as SharePoint, SQL or OneLake.
  • Create prompt flows, reusable components and solution patterns with appropriate version control, documentation and testing evidence.
  • Conduct functional, usability and quality testing; document results, resolve defects and refine solutions based on user feedback and performance.
  • Work with process designers, product owners, functional subject-matter experts and IT partners to translate approved use cases into scalable technical solutions.
  • Prepare solution demonstrations, technical walkthroughs, support documentation and handoff materials for use-case teams and operational owners.
  • Follow Rockwell Automation requirements for responsible AI, data classification, privacy, security, architecture, accessibility, application lifecycle management and production deployment.
  • Support deployment, monitoring, maintenance and controlled enhancement of released solutions, including observability of platform usage and capacity usage where available.
  • Reuse approved enterprise capabilities and patterns before creating new solutions, and escalate integration, data-access or security needs through the appropriate governance path.

The Essentials - You Will Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering or a related technology field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2–4 years of relevant experience building low-code applications, workflow automations or business solutions.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate.
  • Hands-on experience building or configuring solutions in Microsoft Copilot Studio or a comparable conversational/agent platform.
  • 2+ years of experience configuring connectors, APIs, authentication and data integrations in an enterprise environment.
  • Working knowledge of prompt design, AI grounding, RAG concepts and responsible use of generative AI.
  • Experience testing, troubleshooting, documenting and supporting solutions through development and release.
  • 2+ years of experience working within governed enterprise environments and following security, privacy, data and deployment standards.

The Preferred - You Might Also Have:

  • Experience with Microsoft AI Builder, Azure AI Foundry or Azure OpenAI capabilities, Prompt Flow, Dataverse or Power Platform application lifecycle management.
  • Experience connecting AI or automation solutions to SharePoint, SQL, OneLake, CRM, ERP or other enterprise data sources.
  • Experience applying RAG, structured prompting, evaluation techniques and human-in-the-loop controls to improve output quality and reliability.
  • Experience designing reusable components, templates and governed solution patterns rather than one-off automations.
  • Familiarity with source control, solution packaging, environment strategy, release management and production support practices.
  • Exposure to sales, marketing, customer experience, customer support or revenue-enablement processes.
  • Experience preparing technical demos and concise documentation for cross-functional use-case teams.
  • Relevant Microsoft certifications in Power Platform, Azure AI or related technologies.
