Job Summary:
PetPlace is seeking a Customer Service Representative- Lost Pet Recovery who will report to the Supervisor, Customer Service. The Customer Service Representative- Lost Pet is responsible for assisting customers by providing information about products and/or services, answering questions, and resolving problems and issues.
Job Location: Remote – Oakville, Ontario
Main Responsibilities:
- Responds to internal and external inquiries within stated service level agreements.
- Manages incoming contacts regarding members questions, customer complaints, products, warranties, and general customer inquiries in accordance with quality and processing guidelines.
- Analyzes, researches, and resolves problems and discrepancies for member accounts.
- Maintains product knowledge, and awareness of customer services policies, and/or store policies.
- If applicable, maintains understanding of federal and state regulations to include compliance.
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Basic Qualifications:
- 2 years customer service, call center, or relevant experience
- Must have dependable high speed internet connectivity, and the ability to hardwire equipment. Wi-fi will not be adequate
Please Note, the Lost Pet Recovery department does work 7 days a week, 365 days per year. Shifts can run anytime between 8:00am and 12:00 midnight. There is a 10% shift differential available for shifts ending at 9pm or later local time
