Loss Drafts Associate- Lender Services

Job Description

This position is responsible for assisting the team in performing loss draft and property damage requirements including processing documents, working loss draft queues, and handling disbursement of claim funds.

Key Responsibilities

• Validates documents pertaining to claim

• Follows standard procedural guidelines for performing tasks

• Updates records and note system

• Backs up as needed to meet client requirements and SLA’s

• Handling disbursement of claim funds

• Processing documents and working loss draft queues

Education

• High School Diploma or GED

Experience

• 0-2 years experience (Preferred)

• Strong computer skills and working knowledge of MS Office applications

• Must possess effective verbal and written communication skill

• Insurance or Financial/Banking experience (Preferred)

Supervisory Responsibilities

• This job does not have supervisory duties.

Compensation

Starting Compensation for this role is at $19 per hour.
