Role would include:
- Data entry of Engineering Loss Control System (ELCS) input, population, and tracking.
- Report Transmittal and Recommendation Follow-up with Brokers
- Property Loss Control Fee Reports
- Monthly Quoting reports
- Track hit ratios from brokers/regions and opportunities to target from prior year
- Account Review template preparation of new and existing accounts
- Able to create moderately complex reports combing data from multiple sources
- Assist in form template creation for group
- Travel and Expense Booking
- Performs other related administrative support duties as requested
Skills/Experience Required:
- 5+ years experience in Administration
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Power BI experience a plus
- Ability to prioritize and time-manage in a fast paced environment
- Strong attention to detail; must be organized and able to multi-task
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
