As a Logistics Employee, you play a key role in our warehouse and logistics/production team. You ensure incoming goods are processed correctly, inventory is always accurate, and our logistics processes run smoothly. Every day, you’ll drive our terminal truck to deliver goods to our nearby customer.
With your sharp eye, you immediately spot discrepancies and record them so everyone can rely on your data. You’re also flexible—our team is small, so when a colleague is absent, you’re ready to lend a hand.
What will you do?
Together with our planner/work preparer, you’re responsible for the logistics process within our production department.
You supervise and guide your forklift-driving colleague.
You handle transport and delivery of goods with the terminal truck to our adjacent customer.
Detect daily inventory discrepancies and take action.
Analyze logistics processes and actively contribute ideas for improvements.
Who are you?
You’re hands-on with an eye for detail, but you also understand how processes work. With your analytical skills, you quickly see where improvements can be made. You love structure, work carefully, and keep an overview—even in a dynamic environment. In short: you’re the one who keeps things on track and makes a difference.
Because our production team includes colleagues with a distance to the labor market, we’re looking for someone who enjoys working in a social and inclusive team.
You also bring:
MBO-4 level education, preferably in logistics.
Experience driving a forklift and terminal tractor.
A valid forklift certificate.
Experience in a logistics or inventory management role.
Affinity with ERP systems and data registration.
A proactive, flexible, and independent work attitude.
Good command of Dutch, spoken and written.
